Transforming Families

The Family and Community Care (FCC) Department seeks to transform families by holistically addressing their unique needs while strengthening families within the community through counseling, empowerment, and medical support. The FCC Department includes several sub-departments, including a program specialized for children living with disabilities, services for the elderly, and an Education Sponsorship program.

We work to transform the mindsets of families and communities toward disability and vulnerability. We seek to contribute to changing the negative narratives that societies have long held about disability and vulnerability.

Our social work team is dedicated to providing counseling that supports positive mindset change. Our therapy team is committed to enabling children to achieve their full potential, and our teachers are devoted to supporting each learner according to their individual learning needs.

Our Advocacy team recognizes the uniqueness and inherent value of every life and acts in ways that serve the best interests of each individual child.

It is our vision that every interaction we have with the children and families at CSI reflects the love of God and points the children toward their Heavenly Father.
